Tallinn Water is the largest water company in Estonia, providing drinking water and sewerage services to over 400,000 residents in Tallinn and in several neighbouring territories.
Tallinn Water contacted AgileWorks in order to upgrade their self-service system.
The work involved the development of a self-service system integrated with the Navision back-end system, and system maintenance. In the self-service system, the client can submit readings, see bills and other documents, fill them in, add files, and download the required blank forms. Customers can also electronically file complaints and enter into necessary contracts.
